Layout (stern to bow): 

The aft cockpit features 6-foot long seats on port and starboard with storage below, a varnished teak cockpit table and teak cockpit sole grating. A teak access panel reveals the hydraulic steering assembly and additional lazarette storage. Below the grating, a large fiberglass hatch covers the generator engine room, the bilge area and stuffing box assembly.

Pilothouse (all teak interior):

The pilothouse is entered through a sliding teak door with a removable teak framed screen door.  Inside, there are three heavy teak floorboards covering the engine room. Easy engine access is via a hinged floorboard and ladder that allows for full inspection of the equipment. The engine room is white and clean. The two other floorboards can be easily removed for total access when needed.

The helm position features a teak wheel, a proper array of electronics and gauges, (2) two-speed windshield wipers, an overhead fan, and a mechanical rudder angle indicator. 

To starboard there is an upholstered bench seat that can be folded up to access the wheelhouse pilot berth. A large teak chart table along the aft bulkhead completes the wheelhouse layout with a large 12-volt Dometic stand-alone freezer below. Headroom here is 6’10”.

Below Deck (teak interior):

A sliding door and three teak steps lead below to the main living area. There iscomfortable seating for up to six with a folding adjustable dining table. The port side seating converts to a double berth while the starboard side makes a single. There are teak storage lockers outboard, including one that holds the slide-out Calphalon convection oven. The aft bulkhead features a 32” LEDTV and sound bar.

Forward on the port side is the galley with a deep sink, 2-burner cooktop, top loading freezer and fridge plus four storage lockers. There is a large built in microwave oven below the sink and a pressure-water-plumbed BrewExpress coffee maker is fitted in a clever teak wall rack that holds cutlery, glasses, condiments, and one of the air conditioner outlets.

To starboard of the galley is the head with the marine toilet, a hand-held shower head, shower curtain and sink.

Moving forward a mirrored door opens into the main sleeping cabin. The v-berth area has been converted to a large double with a custom mattress. There are teak cabinets port and starboard and the chain locker access is at the foot of the bed. A vanity with sink and locker is on port. The starboard side of the cabin has a hanging locker/equipment locker that houses the sanitation “Y” valve plumbing, the second air conditioning system and various pumps.
