1987 Harbor Master 470 Flybridge

This boat is entered on starboard through a large sliding glass door. The steering station is to the right of the door. To the right of the steering station, there are stairs that lead down to the lower berth that includes two sleep areas and a half bath. Forward of the sliding glass door there is a day bed with drawers and a countertop to the left. Next to the countertop are steps (which double as storage) leading down to the galley. An area for table and chairs on one side of the galley and a kitchen that includes a four-burner electric stove, a new refrigerator, a sink area with two sinks and countertop. Above the stove is an Emerson microwave.

In galley are two full length closets and lots of storage shelves.

Moving aft, to the right is a bathroom with sink, head and bath/shower.  

As we continue aft there is storage on the left side. To the right there is a queen size bed. Continuing forward of the boat on the port side there is a head with bathtub and shower. Commodes are electric flush.

Aft cabin has many storage areas, lots of windows, and a queen size bed.

Three decks. Main deck holds storage in the front, and engine in the back. Two Crusader 350 engines plus a Kohler 7.5 genset. 

On second deck, a table, two storage containers and two chairs. There is a dingy davit This area is covered with a bimini.

Top deck has seating and second steering station. This is also covered by a bimini.

There is internal heating and air conditioning in aft bedroom and in salon area.

There are two barbecues and covers for the windows against inclement weather or storage.

The seller had a problem with the starboard engine so instead of having it repaired she purchased a remanufactured engine from Jasper Engines Jasper, Indiana (long block https://www.jasperengines.com/.

This engine is in a storage unit in Benicia California.

The buyer will get the remanufactured engine as part of the package for this boat. This engine has a two-year warranty
