1991 Caliber 33
33' Caliber 33 '91 "Second Wind"
If you're looking for a true bluewater boat, you've found it. This Caliber 33 is in very good condition, and has enough equipment for passages. The exterior is set up for short-handed sailing, and is simple to run with lines led aft to the cockpit. Wide decks lead to the bow, with a large anchor locker, twin bow rollers and electric windlass. There are 8 stainless steel opening portlights, and another that opens to the quarter berth for ventilation. The interior is made for passages with convertible double berth to starboard and settee to port both with lee cloths. The fin keel and skeg hung rudder make her a sturdy and good sailing vessel that is easier to handle around the marina than full keel boats.

The forward stateroom has a traditional 7' long v berth with shelves over and three storage drawers under. There is a hanging locker and a door to the main salon. The head is aft to starboard. The head has two doors, one that opens into the forward stateroom, and another that opens into the salon. The main salon has a starboard settee that pulls out to form a double berth. A bulkhead mounted, twin leaf table to starboard folds down for dining. There is ample storage above the starboard and port settees, and behind the backrest cushions. The galley is aft to port. It has double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water, a refrigerated ice box with twin lids, several drawers, locker under the sink, dry food locker, pots and pans storage, and trash bin under the lower step in the companionway. The propane stove is two burner with an oven. The navigation station is across from the galley with a chart table, electrical panel, electronics, three drawers and a locker. Aft of the chart table is a roomy quarter berth. A folding door makes this area private. There are overhead hatches, and stainless steel portlights throughout the boat that open for ventilation. An Adic Diesel Heater heats the boat easily for those frosty nights.
