Frank Butler design of the Catalina 34 was modified in the MK II version to modernize and incorporate features usually found on larger boats making it a very popular Catalina model. This vessel shows well, has only been lightly used and has low engine hours.

Engine under stairs, looking forward on starboard, door to aft cabin with queen berth, continuing on starboard is the galley with refrigerator, sink, two burner LPG stove with oven and microwave. Farther forward a settee with a dinette table that can be lowered to make a double berth. V-berth in the bow with hanging lockers port and starboard. From stairs to port is the head with shower. Next is the nav station followed by a port settee ending with the forward state room with a v-berth.
