1983 Endeavour 40 Sloop

Newport Beach, California

$44,500

40' Endeavour 40 '83 "Rhonda Lee II"

Bob Johnson took on the challenge to design a 40’ center cockpit vessel that still had the aesthetical appeal of an aft cockpit design. He accomplished that goal with the Endeavour 40 which became a very popular, nice-sailing, nice-looking cruiser with over 180 vessels produced.

Accommodations

V-berth guest cabin forward with hanging locker and storage to port and an enclosed head with vanity to starboard. Next aft is the salon featuring a large fold-down centerline dinette table with settee/berths.

A very functional U-shaped galley is to port of the companionway while the forward-facing nav station and entrance to the aft cabin is to starboard.

The master aft cabin features a queen-size berth, hanging lockers, chest of drawers and an enclosed head with vanity and shower.

The engine is located directly behind the companionway steps and is easily accessible through doors in the hallway to the aft cabin.

Fourteen opening ports and four large deck hatches keep the interior well-vented, light and airy.
