Accommodations

The Cobalt 252 has a very spacious and versatile layout. For easy boarding there is a large, molded fiberglass swim platform with a retractable stainless steel swim ladder. Just forward of the swim platform the aft lounge seat has a backrest that can flip forward to make a double lounge or flip back for extra seating in the cockpit. The aft seating area lifts open electrically with a push button on the dash for easy access to the engine compartment.

The cockpit features a pair of swivel captain’s chairs with folding seat bolsters. The helm station is well laid out with controls and gauges, radio, etc. exactly where you would want them. In front of the passenger seat, the console swings open to reveal a good-sized private head compartment, complete with a portable marine toilet. There is plenty of storage space behind and below the cockpit seating and a large ski locker under the deck for all the water toys.

Going forward there is plenty of seating up in the bow to really enjoy the thrill of the ride. There is also a folding door to close off the bow area and a canvas cover so the bow area can double as a cuddy cabin for camping out on overnight trips.
